These terms govern the use of the Energy Luxe website and our solar panel installation, battery storage, EV charging, and maintenance services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
Energy Luxe provides:

- EV charging point installation
- Solar panel maintenance, servicing, and repair
All installations are carried out by our employed, MCS-certified, NAPIT-registered engineers. We do not use subcontractors.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided following a free home survey and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices include all materials, labour, scaffolding, and electrical work unless explicitly excluded. Residential solar installations are currently zero-rated for VAT under government policy.
4. Home Surveys
Home surveys are provided free of charge with no obligation. During the survey, we assess your property's suitability for solar installation, including roof orientation, structural condition, shading analysis, and electrical supply capacity. Survey findings and recommendations are provided in writing.
5. Installation Process
Upon acceptance of a quotation, we will agree an installation date with you. Typical residential installations are completed within 1â2 working days. We handle all necessary paperwork, including DNO notification, MCS registration, and Smart Export Guarantee application assistance.
6. Warranties
Our installations come with:
- Panel manufacturer warranty: Up to 25 years (product specific)
- Inverter warranty: 5â12 years depending on manufacturer

7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your individual quotation. We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, and offer finance options (subject to status). A deposit may be required to secure your installation date, with the balance due on completion.
8. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of signing the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancellation requests should be made in writing to hello@energyluxe.co.uk.
